Hello!
My name is Myles Katherine. I'm an artist to my core and I am so lucky to have the opportunity to do what I love. I’ve been a full-time photographer since 2012 and my job has taken me all over the world! I'm originally from Lynchburg, Virginia but lived in Portland, Oregon from 2012-2019. In 2019 I relocated to Richmond, Virginia. I shoot both film and digital, though I have a deep love for film photography. Using cameras like the Holga (my favorite), Mamiya 645, Contax T2 and various polaroid and 35 mm cameras, I'm always searching for variety and magic. My work is constantly growing and changing and I'm excited to have you on this journey with me.
I also wrote a book! My first book, Temporary Beauty: A Memoir about Panic Disorder and Finding Purpose through Art and Meditation, is available for pre-order here. Or you can wait until it’s official release on April 14, 2024!
